U.Betfair is betting that the U.S. market will be legalized sooner rather than later.

I didn't see anything in the preview about the ref being able to beat Canada Not only a phantom penalty kick, but blowing the whistle at the end of the game because of a player down, despite the fact that both teams had been playing on for several minutes. Also gave two phantom yellows to Honduras, for what it's worth.
